In particular, its air freight ranked fourth in the industry, and its ocean freight ranked tenth. CTS International’s market position in cross-border comprehensive logistics and traditional international air and ocean freight forwarding businesses was further consolidated.

    The company’s subsidiary China Special Article Logistics Co., Ltd. successfully completed the transportation of the world’s first DC transmission project converter station, a 1,100kV high-voltage transformer, and it was handed over to the State Grid Corporation.

    The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce issued the Reply of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce Approving the Changing of CTS International Freight Co., Ltd. into a Foreign-invested Joint Stock Company Limited (HSWZP [2010] No. 2649), agreeing to change CTS International in its entirety into a foreign-invested joint stock company limited.

    SASAC of the State Council issued the Reply on Matters Related to the Reorganization, Restructuring and Domestic Listing of the Logistics Trade Business of China National Travel Service Group (GZGG [2010] No. 558), approving in principle the plan for the reorganization, restructuring and domestic listing of China National Travel Service Group by using CTS International as the platform for the reorganization and integration of its logistics trade business.

    The company launched an IPO on the A-share market for the first time, and it submitted application materials to CSRC, which were accepted.

    The Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau of CSRC applied for listing guidance acceptance.

    The company completed the registration of its industrial and commercial change of name at the Pudong Sub-Bureau of the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce, changing “CTS Co., Ltd.” into “CTS International Freight Co., Ltd.”

    CTS Service Company completed its registration of industrial and commercial changes in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, changing its name from “CTS Service Company” to “CTS Co., Ltd.”

    Approved by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited, Shanghai Silk Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huajian import and export Co., LTD established a joint venture that was also the predecessor of CTS International, “CTS Service Company.”
